Booking Conditions

Upon booking we will need a valid credit/debit card to secure your reservation.  These details are stored securely by a third party and cannot be accessed by anyone here except to charge a non arrival/late cancellation charge.

We will also require an e-mail address to send confirmation, menu and payment reminder.

Full payment and your parties menu choices (along with any dietary requirements) will be required by Thursday 12th December 2019 beyond which time there will be no refund for cancellations.  A £10 per person cancellation charge will be applied for any cancellation received between 1st November and 11th December 2019
